TOPEndless Rose (currently 25% off!) // JEANSLevi // BAGNordstrom // SHOES: Sam Edelman // RINGKendra Scott // SUNGLASSESNordstrom // EARRINGSForever 21 (under $6!)

I wore this outfit last week when it was in the 60's in Chicago, and this top has easily become one of my favorites.  The ruffles definitely give it a feminine and dressed up look, and it also comes in a peachy pink/orange color... which are both currently 25% off! I wanted to give this outfit some flair by adding a pop of pink with these adorable Sam Edelman heels and these earrings which are under $6!  Pom pom's are definitely in right now, so these affordable earrings are perfect for adding a trendy statement piece into any outfit!

Does anyone have any fun plans this weekend? I am heading back to my hometown in Wisconsin for a weekend with the boyfriend... I am very much excited to be getting out of the city for a couple days! xoxo

It's Finally Spring!

TOP: Thistle and Finn (sold out) Similar HERE and HERE // JEANSLevi's // HEELS: Steve Madden (old) Similar HERE // BAGTrendlee  // EARRINGSBaublebar // BRACELETSDavid Yurman

Can you believe Spring is finally here? I feel like it's been a long time coming, and it's still a little chilly, but I couldn't be more excited that Winter is officially over.  As a blogger, it's so hard to shoot in the Winter without worrying about freezing my butt off- so I am definitely happy to be able to shoot outside again.

This top from Thistle and Finn is one of my favorites for Spring.  I am crushing hard on anything crochet and lace- the perfect feminine touch.  I also live in these leopard heels because although they are patterned, they are the perfect neutral option away from black or tan.  And of course, this gorgeous bag I swooped up from Trendlee.  Chanel has always been my dream bag, and I love how delicate and feminine this one is, not to mention goes with just about everything.  If you are looking into investing in a designer bag, I would highly suggest checking out Trendlee to purchase a gently loved one at a discounted price.  All of the bags come highly inspected and are guaranteed authentic.

Hope everyone has a great Tuesday! xoxo

Spring Vibes...

TOP: VAVA by Joy Han // SHORTS: One Teaspoon // BAG: old- Similar HERE and HERE // EARRINGS: Baublebar // NECKLACE: Love Always // RING: Kendra Scott // SUNGLASSES: ILY Couture // SANDALS: Target // BRACELETS: J.Crew Factory and David Yurman

Yay for Friday!! This week has been SO busy and I'm currently on my way back from Boston.  I had a great time (I ate WAY too much seafood) but I am more than excited to get back to see the boyfriend and some friends this weekend for a fun little pre St. Patty's day celebration.  Speaking of St. Patty's day, the last couple of years have been so nice and surprisingly warm on that day, but this year it's supposed to be freeeezing in Chicago! I am so over it, and need spring to come, like yesterday.  I can't wait to wear this adorable off the shoulder top by one of my favorite designers, Vava by Joy Han.

I am always drawn to pieces with embroideries (I can't wait to show you the amazing shoes I recently scored!) so this top was an instant go-to for me.  It was actually sold out for a while, but now it's back in stock but on back order.  It's so lightweight and flowy (not see-through) and the color looks even more amazing and vibrant in person.  I paired it with a pair of my favorite One Teaspoon cut off shorts and the uber popular Valentino dupe sandals.  This will definitely be one of go-to outfits this summer as the top can easily be dressed up or down (think dark denim and a cute pair of heels.)

Does anyone have anything fun planned for this weekend, or celebrating St. Patty's day early?? xoxo

Knotted Back Sweater

SWEATER: Shein c/o // JEANS: Nordstrom // BAG: J. Crew // SHOES: Adidas // EARRINGS: Trending Above  // RING: Kendra Scott

Happy Monday everyone! I am currently in Boston for the week and have already ate my body weight in seafood and delicious desserts.  Last night we went to dinner at Neptune Oyster and I had one of the best Lobster Rolls I've ever had... it was SO amazing.  After dinner, we walked over to Mikes Pasties and I got one of their cannoli's.  I am not a huge cannoli lover to begin with, but since it's their specialty I decided to try one and I am so glad I did! If you're ever in Boston- this is definitely a must- stop place.

On to the outfit... I recently received this knotted back sweater from Shein and it's under $20!  At first I was a little worried about the amount of skin shown, however you can kind of adjust the sweater to have it up on your shoulders or a more off the shoulder look like I did.  It's also oversized, so it's a little baggy.  I was also hesitant that the quality wasn't going to be the best- considering it's under $20, but it actually feels super soft and made from good material.  I also can't live without my Adidas superstars, and I was going for a more casual look with this sweater, but I think it would look just as cute with a pair of heels or over the knee boots!

I hope everyone has a great week! xoxo

Spring Favorites...

Happy Monday (and almost last day of February!) With Spring less than a month away, I've rounded up some of my absolute favorite pieces to get your Spring wardrobe set for those warm temps.  I am absolutely loving #1, the lace detailing is to die for and it's the perfect top to through on with a pair of jeans or a skirt.  I also just ordered #8, because who doesn't love an adorable iPhone case by Kate Spade?!  I have more iPhone cases than I need, but it's always so much fun to switch them up.  #2 is perfect for a spring/summer day, but I am especially loving it for a wedding I am going to this summer... it will be perfect because it's very light weight!

Which piece for Spring are you craving most?! xoxo

Leopard & Hunter Green...

SWEATER: Nordstrom (similiar) // JEANS: Levi's // BAG: Trendlee // SCARF: Nordstrom (similar) // HEELS: Sam Edelman // EARRINGS: Baublebar

First of all, how amazing is this bag?! I still can't get over the way a classic Chanel bag makes any outfit look 10x better.  I really love this bag because it goes with pretty much everything and is the perfect neutral.  The weather here in Chicago has been crazy weird these past couple of days, getting into the 70's and now dropping back into the 30's this weekend.  My wardrobe is confused, as I have to keep putting away/ taking out coats from my storage unit.  This little preview of 60 degrees has made me that much more antsy for Spring to finally get here.. and its just under a month away!  This outfit is perfect for the transition as my sweater and scarf are so comfy but not too warm.  I also love adding a black suede pump to dress it up a bit.  If you are in the market for a new pair of black heels, I promise you will love these.  They are actually comfortable (they have a bit of padding in the inside) and aren't too high.  They come in a bunch of other colors as well, so if black's not your thing, there will be another color for you!

In other news, tonight I am heading to a fun event for the Anti-Cruelty Society in Chicago which is benefitting 50,000 homeless animals.  If you are interested in attending last minute, tickets are still available by emailing:  It's for a good cause and there will be lots of drinks, apps and raffle prizes throughout the night, plus it's being held at the exclusive Union League Club of Chicago.

Hope to see you there!! xoxo

Spring Favorites!

With Spring only a month away, it's time to start shopping for the perfect spring time shoe.  There is an overwhelming amount of cute pairs out there right now, so I thought I would narrow it down to 8 of my absolute favorites to make it a little easier on you!

I have these wedges in an older style (I almost like the new style better!) that I literally wear with everything from dresses to jeans to shorts all spring and summer long.  They are one of the most comfortable wedges I own and every time I wear them, I get SO many compliments.  They sold out super quick last year, so I highly recommend purchasing them ASAP if they are on your wish list.  I also just recently purchased these wedges and I have to say, they are really comfortable as well.  They come in 5 different colors (I want them all) and fit true to size.  I was a little hesitant of the platform size, but got over that as soon as I tried them on.  They make you taller and your legs look longer (what more could you ask for!?)

Both these and these are on my wish list and next on my list to purchase.  I always love adding a fun pattern on pop of color to a neutral outfit, so these will be the perfect option for that.  Floral print is super in this spring and I'm not surprised- everything is just so stinkin cute!!

What pair is your favorite?! xoxo
